This past Sunday was a perfect September day to take in a baseball game. The sun was shining and the temperature was warm. And it was an even better day to eat a few of the most outrageous filet mignon steak sandwiches around. Our friend Pat LaFrieda of Pat LaFrieda Wholesale Meat Purveyors invited us to attend the Mets’ game. It was also the official opening of his brand new food stand inside Citi Field, Pat LaFrieda’s Original Filet Mignon Steak Sandwich.
