Beer and burgers! Now that’s a pair any guy can get behind, especially when the burgers are being prepared by the one and only Chef Zakary Pelaccio of Fatty Crab & Fatty ‘Cue. Zak has teamed up with Amstel Light to craft burgers that pair perfectly with Amstel’s beers.
Attendees will enjoy endless oysters and Gulf Coast seafood creations paired with Complexity - New Zealand Fine Wines, Purity Vodka Bloody Marys, Sierra Nevada beers and Louis Roederer Champagne, all while taking in the sounds of local bluegrass bands. Chef Palmer will be on hand to mingle with guests, shuck some oysters and spread the word about a great cause.
