This video is dedicated to Monster the Cat (1999-2012)

Anthony & Gennaro with Dale Talde, chef & owner of Pork Slope

Last night, we were lucky enough to get a preview of the newest venture from Chef Dale Talde and restaurateurs David Massoni and John Bush.  Pork Slope is a real roadhouse in Brooklyn that was inspired by Patrick Swayze movie ”Road House”.  The three’s first collaboration was the hugely successful TALDE, also located in Park Slope.
