Chef Charlie Palmer Presents Aureole’s 1st Annual “Oyster Social”
Next Sunday, September 23, Chef Charlie Palmer will be opening Aureole’s outdoor plaza (Anita’s Way) for the 1st Annual “Oyster Social” benefitting Citymeals-on-Wheels.
Attendees will enjoy endless oysters and Gulf Coast seafood creations paired with Complexity - New Zealand Fine Wines, Purity Vodka Bloody Marys, Sierra Nevada beers and Louis Roederer Champagne, all while taking in the sounds of local bluegrass bands. Chef Palmer will be on hand to mingle with guests, shuck some oysters and spread the word about a great cause.

Greenwich 2012 FOOD+WINE FESTIVAL
The Greenwich 2012 FOOD+WINE FESTIVAL will take place October 4th through 6th. The Men Who Dine will be in attendance for this year’s festivities. Will you? This year’s festival is sure to be a great event, especially with chefs like Graham Elliot, Ted Allen, John Stage & Duff Goldman to name but a few. Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival – July 28, 2012
This past weekend was the Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival organized by the great people at Caesars Entertainment. We had the opportunity to attend the festival all day Saturday. It was a fulfilling day of food, drink and some of the finest chefs around.
